DIE KÄSEMACHER use a very special type of olives for this dish. The olives are filled with creamy cream cheese. The Halkidiki olive comes from northern Greece and has a full-bodied, slightly sour, bitter taste and firm flesh. The gentle heating process preserves all the natural flavours of the olives.

This specialty is great for salads and makes an excelled filling for white meat. Enjoy the olives on their own as a snack. Just add crispy white bread and a tangy glass of wine for the perfect treat!
