Description

Dr. Oetker dried yeast is suitable for preparing many types of yeast dough - both savoury and sweet. One sachet of dried yeast is enough for 500 g of flour.

Note:
1 sachet of dried yeast is equivalent to 1/2 cube (21 g) of fresh yeast.

Usage:

  1. Add the desired amount of dried yeast to flour and mix well. Proving the yeast by mixing it into milk or water is not required.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and continue with the recipe.
  3. As is usual with any yeast dough, let the dough rest and rise.
