The mulled wine spice mixture "Glühweingewürz" by Demmers Teehaus is wonderfully aromatic with sweet orange peel among other spices. Mulled wine is one of the most popular culinary delights of the Christmas season. Use this spice mix to make a traditional, authentic Austrian mulled wine. The mixture of coriander, sweet orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and allspice gives the mulled wine its irresistible taste!

Preparation:

add some of the spice mix to red wine and let it simmer
sweeten according to taste
