Die Käsemacher Goat Milk Yoghurt

The goat milk yoghurt by DIE KÄSEMACHER is not matured in tanks, but in a quiet room in a cup where it becomes solid. The mildly sour taste goes well with fresh fruit, fruit spreads or honey. Muesli and oat flakes also complement the goat's milk yogurt wonderfully.

The easily digestible yoghurt is great for breakfast but can also be used as a protein-rich addition to smoothies or as a base for spicy spreads.

The pasteurised goat milk comes from the Waldviertel, Mostviertel and Mühlviertel regions of Austria and is GMO-free.
