The organic brand DOSPA offers exquisite delicacies handmade in the monastery of the Teutonic Sisters (Deutschordensschwestern) in Friesach, Carinthia. They offer jams, jellies and fruit nectar which are made according to traditional recipes. These delicious products are not manufactured industrially, but are made in small batches following rare and refined recipes that are over 250 years old in a monastery which is 800 years old!
