Description

Austria's first hemp sausages are a real treat! Only lean, local pork is processed by hand to make these sausages. The spice blend includes real Austrian hemp seeds, giving the sausages a mild flavour with nutty notes. Enjoy something different at your barbecue!

Preparation:

Cook on a medium-hot grill or in a lightly greased frying pan on medium heat for approx. 10 minutes. The sausages should be turned until they have a light tan colour on all sides.
