Description
Whole grain durum wheat grown in Austria gives this delicious pasta by Recheis its light colour. It tastes delicious with a variety of sauces and as a side too.
The outer layers and wheatgerm of the durum wheat grain are retained in this pasta. The naturally delicious spaghetti is rich in fibre and is certified vegan.
Note: Take a pot that is large enough to hold the spaghetti. For every 100 g of pasta, take 1 litre of salted water and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes for the perfect texture with a bite. Stir often.
