Description
Baba Ghanoush is an Arabic speciality that is popular all around the world. This harmoniously composed seasoning mix of pomegranate seeds, lemon peel, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, cane sugar and pepper, you can easily prepare the delicious baba ghanoush yourself.
- Prick the aubergines several times with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 40-45 minutes until the skin has dried and is wrinkled. (Turn over after half the cooking time)
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut in half and scrape out the pulp
- Puree together with olive oil, fresh garlic and the seasoning mix in the blender.
