Pulled meat - whether pork, beef, chicken or lamb - is justifiably very popular. The juicy and tender meat is cooked for several hours at a low temperature - ideally in a smoker, but it can also be done in the oven.

In addition to a classic barbecue sauce, the perfect pulled meat needs one thing above all: the perfect smoky-spicy rub! The special thing about the FREE Pulled Meat Spice is that it does not require any added salt, onions or garlic. Because there is no salt no juices are lost by the meat during cooking which results in particularly juicy, tender meat.

You won't need to add onion and garlic either because this wonderfully aromatic spice mix offers a balanced combination of fruity, smoky and spicy flavours. The rub contains, among other things, paprika powder (classic and smoked), chilli, tomato, cumin, orange peel and Demerara raw cane sugar.
