Weingut Bayer - Erbhof Leithaberg DAC Chardonnay 2020

This great-rated Chardonnay from the Leitha Mountains shows unbelievable fruit alongside the delicate minerality that is so typical of the region. It was matured partly in steel tanks and partly in 1000l wooden barrels to promote the light creaminess of the wine.
Honey, yellow ripe apples and white peaches can be found in the glass. The whole thing is accompanied by representative notes of almond. There are slightly salty notes on the finish, stimulating the flow of saliva. A pleasant acidity with a delicate chalky touch ensures a long, round aftertaste. The wine is really fun to drink.
