Encased in a shell of dark chocolate (70% cocoa) is a layer of smooth olive ganache made from olives, olive oil, dark chocolate and white rice couverture. The taste of olives remains subtle but adds a luscious and smooth texture. A second layer of filling adds a refreshing touch with almond nougat with crunchy lemon pieces.
