Description
The aronia fruit spread by Altmüller has an intensely fruity aroma and the typical tart taste of aronia berries. It is delicious as a spread on bread and sweet baked pastries.
The aronia berries used to make this spread are grown on the Altmüller farm They are harvested washed and frozen. They are then cooked with lemon juice and gelling sugar to make the fruit spread.
Tip: This fruit spread tastes particularly delicious in sponge cake, chocolate cake and Swiss rolls.
