Description

This vegan soup broth is made using lots of vegetables and herbs like carrots, parsley and onions. It is seasoned with non-iodised salt crystalls from the foothills of the Himalayas. It makes the ideal base for lots of different soups and has a completely natural flavour.

Preparation:

  • For soups, add a lightly heaped teaspoon of the broth into 1/4 L of boiling water. Enjoy in soups, sauces, salad dressings, vegetable dishes, stews or casseroles.
