Description
The olives for the maini olive oil are sourced from olive plantations in a mountain village near Kardamili. The best cultivation conditions and the gentle cold pressing process below 30 ° C as well as an acidity below 0.3% speak for the excellent quality of this extra virgin olive oil. Unfiltered olive oil is very popular among connoisseurs due to its intense green colour and its fully aromatic, fruity taste.
Application tip:
- Olive oil should only be added to your food after it has been cooked.
