Description

The black currant is valued for its sour, slightly bitter taste and aroma. The high fruit content and careful processing of ripe back currants ensure that the taste, aroma and colour are retained in the syrup. You can enjoy it when diluted with cold water. It is also a wonderful addition to cocktails and desserts.
