Die Käsemacher Organic Grilled Zucchini

These zucchini slices are great as a snack, a side dish to pair with fish or on top of a crunchy salad. The zucchii are grown, harvested, and processed under the strictest organic conditions in Austria. After they're grilled, the zucchini are canned in organic sunflower oil and filled into glasses. They are gently processed under low heat to make their shelf life longer.

Tip: the bold, smoky barbecue flavour of the grilled zucchini can be brought out by warming up the zucchini in a pan or on the grill.
