Die Käsemacher Sheep's Cheese Balls with Tomato, Basil & Curry

The creamy sheep's cheese by DIE KÄSEMACHER is made according to a traditional Waldviertel recipe, is a pleasure in itself. Here the cheese is rolled into little balls and hand-rolled in a spicy seasoning. The pack contains the following two flavours:

• flavourful tomato and basil
• exotic curry

You can simply spread the cheese balls on bread, but they also taste great in salads or with cheese platters. Serve them to your guests with pretzel sticks for a starter or as a small delicacy with a glass of wine. The cheese balls also taste great with fruity jams or chutneys. • Take the sheep cheese balls out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving, so that they are perfectly creamy and so that their full flavours unfold.
