Weight Loss PLUS contains extracts obtained from nettle and garcinia. These extracts have been highly regarded in Ayurveda for millennia. The two amino acid products and the base powder complete the set.

Recommended use:

Nettle Extract Capsules

• Take 2 x 2 capsules daily with sufficient fluid.

Base Powder 50%

• Stir a slightly heaping teaspoon into water and drink once a day.

Amino Acids Basic & Amino Acids Plus

• Take 2 x 3 capsules daily with sufficient fluid.

Garcinia Extract Powder:

• Stir a lightly heaped teaspoon into liquid 2 times a day and drink about 60 minutes before a meal. We recommend drinking it before lunch and dinner.
• Garcinia has a very strong flavour! To get used to the taste, we recommend mixing it with some juice or coconut water.

Important instructions:

• Take at least 3-4 hours after your last meal
• Suitable for diabetics

Example of a daily intake routine:

• Breakfast before 8 o'clock
• 11 o'clock - take the Garcinia extract powder
• 12 o'clock lunch
• 17 o'clock - take the Garcinia extract powder
• 6 pm dinner
