Fink's Delikatessen Black Walnuts in Heavy Syrup - Whole, 280 ml

Black walnuts in heavy syup are a versatile all-rounder, whether cold, fried in butter or slightly warmed! "A sweet seduction": Vanilla ice cream, finely sliced with black nuts and refined with apple balsamic vinegar - a heavenly pleasure that will enchant you!

Whole beef lung roast
Rub the cleaned lung roast with salt, pepper and hot mustard and tie into shape with kitchen twine. Heat the olive oil and fry the fillet together with the shallots and garlic. Place in the oven at 190 °C for about 15 minutes. Intermittently baste it with the frying fat and turn. Cover the fillet with aluminium foil, leave to rest for about 10 minutes. Froth the butter with rosemary in a pan, add sliced black walnuts and balsamic vinegar, caramelise lightly. If necessary, add the stock. Remove the kitchen twine from the fillet and slice.
