Fink's Delikatessen Red Long Peppers in Wine Vinegar

Red long peppers in wine vinegar - another speciality from Fink's. The pickled vegetables are the ideal accompaniment for grilled food, cream cheese, snacks or fish. The vinegar marinade is also delicious and can be used to make salad dressings.

Smoked Trout Wraps
Spread sour cream on wheat wraps and serve with lettuce, tomato slices, spring onions, lukewarm smoked trout fillets and horseradish. Roll up the wheat flatbread tightly into a wrap, cut into 2-4 cm wide rolls, top with Fink's red long peppers and secure with skewers.
