The Frierss family has been making Mortadella for decades in southern Austria, not far from Italy. They use 100% local pork and make the Mortadella based on an original recipe using traditional methods. Frierss Mortadella has won many gold medals for its first-class, balanced, delicately spicy taste. Pleasantly fresh and juicy to bite into, this Mortadella is perfect for connoisseurs!
