Description

Fully matured and freshly harvested fruit are collected from the best orchards and freshly, carefully pressed. The juice is carefully fermented and matured offering a full fruity and powerful taste with a delicate acidity.
The malty note of this vinegar makes it a great accompaniment to hearty dishes and salads, snacks or classic dishes like sour sausage, sour beef and Bierradi. It also adds nice notes to hearty salads such as endive salad with herbs, dandelion or yarrow.
Recipe idea:
Krautfleckerln
Cut cabbage into rectangles, fry until crunchy in olive oil with garlic and cumin, then flavor with beer vinegar, and serve with Fleckerln (pasta), sprinkle with parsley and serve with sour cream.
