My Herbs Black Mallow Tea

Wherever it is planted, the black mallow stands out - with its deep red, almost black flowers, it looks very exotic and beautiful. Unfortunately, it has become rather rare.

The tea made from these beautiful flowers is also rare. Its taste is often described as intense and mild at the same time, refreshing and with slightly sour notes - an ideal thirst quencher. Infusion in warm water releases the strong colours of the flowers and colours the tea water dark.

The manufacturer recommends 1-2 teaspoons per cup for preparation. Pour hot water at 80 degrees, cover and let stand for at least 5 to 8 minutes. Suitable for a second infusion.

Store cool and dry.
