Description
The Damascus rose was highly valued in antiquity. It was cultivated in Persia and distributed to gardens all over Europe via France. Its intense floral scent is almost intoxicating and remains amazingly stable even after drying.
Carefully selected whole petals unfold an intensely rosy bouquet after the infusion - pure pleasure for body, mind and soul! The petals also refine cocktails and jellies and, when coarsely crushed, make an attractive garnish.
The manufacturer recommends 1-2 teaspoons per cup for preparation. Pour hot water at 80 degrees, covered and let stand for at least 5 to 8 minutes. Suitable for a second infusion.
Store cool and dry.
