Peach nectar is a popular thirst quencher, both pure and mixed with mineral water.
Peaches are rich in provitamin A, vitamins B1 and B2 and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and iron. They also contain large amounts of vitamin C - one peach contains enough vitamin C to cover the recommended daily amount.
