Looking to spice up your sandwich, pizza or toast? Craving a more intense flavour for your salads? This is easy to achieve with these sprouts! They look great and have a sharp, spicy flavour.

• Grow all year round in bowls
• Only harvest the leaves and stems
• Do not eat the roots
• Germination temperature: approx. 20 ° C
• Harvest the sprouts: after 5-6 days
• Harvest the microgreens: after 8-10 days

Growing instructions for sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.

Growing instructions for microgreens:

• Sow the seeds as evenly as possible in a bowl with soil and keep them moist. Water the seeds thoroughly at least once a day (especially over the first few days).
