Sow the Suzan lettuce thinly in shallow holes. Plant every two to three weeks to harvest the lettuce all year round. The lettuce grows well in all garden soils.

Note:

• When the plants are about 5 cm high, do not transplant them too deep. Lettuce thrives particularly well in light and moderate temperatures. Frequent watering is critical to make the leaves tender and grow faster. Water them less and more carefully once the lettuce has firmed up and the heads start to close.
