This plain crème fraîche is a must-have ingredient in gourmet cuisine because it combines a special recipe from France (32% fat content) with the highest quality ingredients from Austria. The creamy-soft texture is suitable for sauces, soups, roasts and dips. It does not curdle when cooked creating a wonderfully creamy fond.
