A sophisticated blend of classic spices such as paprika, chilli, onion and coriander with anchovies and capers makes this specialty, enjoyed raw, perfect. Also delicious for seasoning grilled or fried minced meat specialities such as steaks. Also goes well with chicken, veal, lamb and game.
Important: Only high-quality, freshly ground beef, from filet for e.g., should be used to make beef tartare!
