Description

This drinking chocolate from Zotter is perfect for those who want to experience the pure taste of fine cocoa! Made from 100% organic fair trade cocoa, this drinking chocolate is vegan and contains no added sugar.
Prepare it as in Latin America by frothing it up with hot water or try one of the other preparation methods listed below. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey for a flavourful treat.

Preparation methods:

Mixed:
Add one bar of drinking chocolate to 200-300 ml hot milk or a vegan drink. Blend with an immersion blender or stand mixer and enjoy!

Stirred:
Heat 200-300 ml milk or a vegan drink and froth it. Allow the bar to soak in it for 1-2 minutes. Whisk and let it rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy!

Tip:
After preparing the drinking chocolate, you can also refrigerate it and serve it chilled with ice cubes.
