Zotter Schokoladen Organic Red Wine

This bar features dark chocolate ganache soaked in olivine, a special wine made by Winkler-Hermanden. The “Blaue Zweigelt” red wine thrives in the volcanic soils in Austria. The bars are made using little pieces of grapes that have been soaked in red wine. Finally they are coated with a thin currant couverture and covered in dark chocolate.
