Zotter Schokoladen Organic White Wine

The white wine for this chocolate thrives directly in Zotter's vineyards in the Vulkanland. The vineyards can be found on the grounds of the Zotter Zoo. Made in the Silberberg Wine Academy, the Zotter wine adds even more flavour to the white chocolate ganache. A touch of grappa, verjus and caramel couverture come together with wine soaked raisins, wrapped up in sweet milk chocolate made with 40% cocoa powder.
