Berghofer Mühle Organic White Bread Baking Mix

The Berghofer Mühlebaking mixes are free from harmful additives, preservatives and flavourings. The mix is made of the best ingredients from organic farming.

Preparation:

• Add approx. 11g of dry yeast and 500 ml of water to the baking mix in a mixing bowl. Knead 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar into the dough. Put the dough in a greased pan and let it rest covered for 45 minutes. Then bake the bread.

Baking instructions:

• For traditional ovens, bake at 200°C, convection ovens bake at 180°C (preheat)
• Bake on the middle rack for 50-60 minutes
