Green frankincense originates from Arab countries. It represents the highest quality and its green colour shows the high concentration of essential oils. This frankincense stems from the "boswellia sacra" trees in Oman and is harvested under fair conditions.

Directions for use:

• Put a lump of incense in your mouth and suck it. A piece of natural chewing gum will form after a few minutes.
• OR soak a lump in a glass of water overnight and drink it the next day.
• OR burn the incense.

Note:

• Since the green frankincense is a natural product, the individual resin pieces in the jar may vary slightly in colour and size.
• Store in a cool, dark place protected against sunlight.
