This special blend is made without salt! The seasoning and herbs are perfect for very juicy steaks and spare ribs. It combines classic ingredients such as smoked paprika, chillies, pepper, coriander, garlic and nutmeg, cumin and ginger with numerous aromatic herbs - so no salt is needed to create an extraordinary taste experience.
The seasoning goes well with beef, pork, chicken, veal and lamb.
Tip:
- Use this seasoning for a salt-free marinade. The lack of salt in the recipe means that your steak stays wonderfully juicy. Lightly salt the finished steak afterwards.
