Description
This scrumptious chocolate creation was inspired by the apricot orchards that abound in the regions surrounding Vienna.
The filling consists of an enticing layer of fruity apricots spiked with a hint of apricot schnapps on a thin layer of chocolate followed by a delicious bed of marzipan refined with apricot schnapps and apricot pieces.
This delicate filling is wrapped in exquisite milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content.
