Description

Bake delicious and aromatic chocolate cake quickly and easily with this baking mix. Perfect for surprise guests or if you're craving some cake. Furthermore, you can also prepare a vegan version of this cake.

In addition to the baking mix, you will need the following fresh ingredients:
4 eggs, 200 ml cream

Preparation:

Whip 4 eggs for at least 5 minutes until fluffy
Stir in the baking mix and cream alternately, a little at a time
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin
Preheat the oven (convection, 160 °C)
Bake for 30-45 minutes
Let it cool on a wire rack and enjoy!

To prepare the vegan version of this cake, you will need the following ingredients:

Mix 3 level tbsp soy flour with 12 tbsp water to make soy cream
Stir in the baking mix and 250 ml soy cream alternately, a little at a time
Continue to bake as above
