Darbo Fine Blossom Honey, 500 g

The Honey Blossom by Darbo consists of selected types of blossom honey from Romania, Hungary and Yucatán (Mexico) and seduces with its dark golden colour and spicy yet sweet taste. Due to the thick and viscous consistency, it can be used as a spread on bread and pastries.

Tip: You can carefully warm crystallised honey in a warm water bath to make it fluid again.

Why doesn't Darbo source its blossom honey from other countries but not from Austria? That's because only about half of the demand for honey in Austria can be met by domestic beekeeping, leading Darbo to source some of its honey from international sources. But you can rest assured that all of Darbo's strict quality criteria are always met and that the honey in their jars is always of premium quality, regardless of the geographical origin.
