Description

This organic-quality lawn consists of a mixture of high-quality grasses from organic farming and is ideal for both new and reseeding in natural gardens. So nothing stands in the way of your own beautiful lawn.

How it works:

  • Sowing should take place between April and October at a temperature of at least 8°C. It is best to choose a time with a chance of rain in order to save water.
  • In windless weather, sow the lawn seeds by hand or using a spreader.
  • Lightly press down the seeds as you plant them.
  • Make sure to keep the soil moist from sowing to germination.
  • If you discover gaps in your lawn, you should re-sow the lawn immediately to prevent moss and weeds.
  • We recommend organic fertilisers for fertilising the lawn.
  • In order to maintain biodiversity in your garden, you should also create sufficient flowering areas for various beneficial insects such as bees, butterflies and bumblebees.

Lawn seeds from Samen Maier are packed in grass paper. This is made from the rapidly renewable raw material grass without the use of chemicals and with significantly less energy and water consumption. It is a sustainable and particularly environmentally friendly packaging material.
