Whether you enjoy these sprouts raw in salads, in soups, on vegetable dishes or simply as a decoration on your plate - the broccoli sprouts look pretty and taste delicious thanks to their mildly spicy notes.

• Can be grown all year round in sprout dishes
• Germination temperature: approx. 20 °C
• Harvest the sprouts: after 5-6 days
• Harvest the microgreens: after 7-14 days

Cultivation instructions:
Rinse the seeds in a colander under running water and spread in a shallow dish. Water twice a day with fresh tap water that's not too cold. Place the bowl in a bright - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.

Cultivation instructions for microgreens:
Evenly distribute the seeds in a tray filled with soil. The seeds should not dry out and should be watered at least twice a day. Harvest the leaves and stems, but not the roots.
