Recipe for pickled vegetables:
- Add 1 tbsp of the Mixed Pickles Spice Blend to 600 ml water, 300 ml white wine or apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp honey.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Wash the vegetables or mushrooms you wish to pickle and cut into small pieces.
- Place in a mason jar, pour the hot liquid over the vegetables and close tightly.
