Description
Fine pasta fun for little hands: Recheis Minis are the smaller version of popular pasta classics! They are particularly popular with kids because they can be eaten easily with children's cutlery. The pasta retain a firm bite even after longer cooking times because they are made with innovative technology using only the finest durum wheat semolina and Austrian free-range eggs. Whether served with sugo or pesto, as an accompaniment to hearty ragouts or as an ingredient in stir-fries - this pasta delights everyone!
Tip: Kids love simple pleasures: Serve steaming hot Dralli with some butter! Also great in when used in pasta salads.
Note: Cook Recheis Mini Dralli in a large pot with plenty of salted water - 1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta. Cook for 6 minutes until al dente. Serve immediately or process further according to your recipe. Enjoy!
