This pastry cream filling by Dr. Oetker is quick and easy to prepare. It is perfect for filling buttery and crispy pastries such as cream horns known as cannoli in Italian or Schaumrollen in German. No heating or cooking required.
Method of preparation:
Add 75 ml lukewarm water to the cream powder and whisk for 5 minutes.
